As PlanetScale’s marketing focus shifted towards enterprise clients, my focus was on elevating the brand feel and strengthening brand presence. By fine-tuning typography, introducing subtle tonality, and consistently establishing clear hierarchy, we were able to achieve a more universal appeal without compromising the complexity that makes PlanetScale stand out in a competitive market. In every way, this was an exercise of experimentation with restraint; creating experiences that are as considered and engineered as the product.
